Charisma Meets Epigenetics: Augustinus Bader
Werner Abt

“Augustinus Bader is regarded as one of the leading researchers in the field of stem cell science worldwide.”
What does the Spitzenhaus team have in common with Carla Bruni, Demi Moore, Diane Kruger, Kris Jenner, Dakota Johnson, Alexa Chung, Sandra Oh and Margot Robbie? That’s right: we’re all fans of Augustinus Bader, the man and his eponymous cult brand Made in the USA. The products are said to able to magically turn back the clock for the skin, to some degree, at least. Fortunately for us, Leipzig Professor Bader himself insisted on initiating us into his groundbreaking skincare approach in person, giving us the rare chance to put all our specialist questions to the source. And believe me: there was no shortage of hands up at question time! As a renowned expert in the field of skin regeneration Professor Bader was able to give us valuable insight into skin problems in general and specifically the issue of skin aging, from a whole new perspective. We found his exclusive seminar engrossing, charismatic, substantial and absolutely convincing.
Who is Augustinus Bader?
Augustinus Bader is regarded as one of the leading researchers in the field of stem cell science worldwide. He now heads the Institut für angewandte Zellbiologie (Institute for Applied Cell Biology) in Leipzig and is a specialist in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. He developed his expertise in the work with burn victims. In the service of these patients he went in search of new methods of treating burns and reducing scarring. In the meantime he has developed and patented countless treatments and approaches to regenerating the skin. In 2017 he finally gave access to his insights in the form of a skincare line. First launched in the USA it very soon became a favorite in celebrity circles.

What is so special about Augustinus Bader skincare?
Nowadays, to stay ahead of the pack in the field of advanced skincare – and in medicine in general – you can’t afford to ignore epigenetics. This field of research, which also includes stem cell technology, opens up whole new vistas for a wide range of medical, dermatological and cosmetic applications, happily, all in harmony with natural human biology. The epigenetics effect in advanced skincare technology can be described, simply put, as messenger substance skincare. A complex of various different messenger substances activates everything in the depths of the skin that has, over the years, begun to fall asleep. This enables the skin to be brought back to a “younger state”. This regeneration effect applies to all aspects of the skin and complexion: porosity, skin tone, depth of wrinkles, firmness and skin functionality. The treatment normalizes these elements and renews balance. Signs of skin aging are visibly reduced – without magic, after all, but simply because the skin has the ability to do so.

The skin knows what it needs
Professor Bader explained to us that the body has its own screenplay for an intact skin. The skin cells in fact “know” what they need to maintain an optimal condition. When, over the course of time, they “forget”, they simply need a targeted jog of the memory, which enables it to regenerate all by itself where impairments have occurred. It is this “renewed drive” mechanism that Professor Bader has developed and patented in applications for high-maintenance skin. The key technology in the products is called TFC8. It accelerates skin renewal thus speeding the healing process of acne, redness and wounds. The same principal applies to reducing wrinkles, refining pores and rendering UV damage less visible.
We have put the Augustinus Bader products rigorously to the test and often recommended them to our customers. The active principal has manifested the most impressive results in the serum, with its high TFC8 content. All in all, I can confirm: Augustinus Bader takes clean beauty to a whole new level! Joining the fan club definitely pays off.
