Monegal

Ramón Monegal comes from a family of perfumers deeply rooted in Barcelona for more than a hundred years. The valuable storehouse of expertise in regard to raw materials, composition and precision handcraft has been enriched and closely guarded from one generation to the next. Ramón now carries this legacy forward with a distinctive signature all his own.
For Ramón, a perfume is analogous to a story: each fragrance note is a word, every composition a text that has its own rhythm and makes its own statement. His selection of ingredients is consistently in keeping with this logic: from a particular wood or blossom, to a certain spice or resin, nothing ends up in his creations by chance.

The scents embody the spirit of the Mediterranean - warm, bright and sensuous, and at the same time marbled with influences from Arabian perfumery with its intensive notes of woods, resins and spices. These are compositions with character; fragrances that communicate a special mood or spirit  and remind one of places perhaps never visited.
