The brand SEED TO SKIN calls Borgo Santo Pietro home. When native Danes Jeannette and Claus Thottrup found the stunning estate in the Tuscan countryside near Siena they were immediately captivated by its enchanting aura and decided to settle there. In the meantime, they have not only established the luxury resort BORGO SANTO PIETRO (the no. 1 boutique resort in Italy), which features a Michelin star restaurant. Their 220 hectare terrain also boasts a working farm operation with 300 sheep, fields dedicated to biodynamic vegetable crops, medicinal herb beds and a hillside vineyard. A cooking school and the production facility for the  SEED TO SKIN organic skincare line are also found on the premises. In this  laboratory the products, which represent a new and innovative molecular standard in “seed-to” skincare technology, are developed and hand-manufactured in small batches. It goes without saying that organic standards and a sustainable “ecological footprint” are always upheld. The highly effective molecular skincare products are made entirely of  the purest organic compounds and substances. Many of these choice ingredients are sourced on site at the brand’s eponymous country estate.
