The fragrance Théros is based on an unusually large dose of the rare and very costly genuine Vietnamese Kyara oud oil, which is nothing like the sort of oud found in countless mainstream scents. When star conductor Teodor Currentzis commissioned perfumer Vincent Micotti/YS Uzac to compose a fragrance “like a romantic summer scenery”, he had something very specific in mind. Teodor Currentzis’ personal interpretation of summer and sun-drenched sand can be experienced on multiple levels in this creation. Like an alchemical mystery, oud accords blend with true ambergis, patchouli and a warm sand accord. The perfectly pitched combination fine-tunes our perception, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the sensuous seaside joys of summer.
